Application Form for Stallholders
How many pitches and what type of pitches do you require?

Our standard pitch size will be 3m x 3m. You will need to provide your own table, gazebo and/or raincover as we are unable to provide this.
Payments are to be made via bank transfer to Lloyds – Name: Waterlooville Community Events CIC Account No – 57612463. Sort Code 30-99-50.
YOU MUST PUT YOUR BUSINESS NAME AS REFERENCE AND EMAIL US ONCE YOU HAVE MADE PAYMENT.
PLEASE DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT UNTIL YOU HAVE HEARD BACK FROM US CONFIRMING YOUR PROVISIONAL BOOKING.
If there is heavy rain/win or a major incident, we may cancel the event. Unfortunately we will be unable to refund the charge if this does happen.
We are unable to guarantee that there will not be other stalls selling similar products/services at the event, although we do try to have a good mix of products.
STALL HOLDERS PROVISIONAL BRIEFING NOTES
- Upon receipt of this form you will be allocated a provisional stall at the event. Please DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT until you have heard back from us.
- A confirmed stall will be allocated once payment has been received, payment must be made within 3 days of provisional booking acceptance or your booking maybe cancelled.
- We operate on a first come first served basis
- It is anticipated that the site will be open for you to set up from 7am and open to the public from 10am to 4pm. Please do not attempt to arrive earlier than 7am
- There will be no power available
- We would inform you of any cancellation at the earliest opportunity
- We will email out a final briefing notice a week before the event, which will detail confirmation of timings, parking instructions and emergency contact details for the day itself
